If our premium Shilajit does not live up to your expectations within 14 days of its arrival, we invite you to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange. To qualify, the item must remain unopened, unused with it's original packaging. We ask that you contact our dedicated customer service team, providing details of your order to assist you thoroughly in the return process. It's important to note that the cost of return shipping falls upon the customer.
How to Return a Product
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it by following these steps:
- Email us at sales@properdexshop.com with your order ID and include "Product Return Request" in the subject line.
- Provide a brief explanation of why you wish to return the product. Your feedback is valuable for enhancing our service and product quality.
- Our support team will provide you with the return address.
- Once you have dispatched the product back to us, we will process a full refund.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, typically within 5-7 business days, the payment will be credited to your account. Once we receive the product back, the process of refunding your payment will begin. Depending on the payment method used, it may take a few days to see the refund in your account.
